Land for sale in Lagodekhi
Description:
A farm situated on a 70-hectare plot of land is for sale in Lagodekhi. The property includes:
greenhouses, a cold storage facility, a lake, a residential building, fruit trees, and vacant land currently planted with corn. The orchard features early-ripening apple varieties harvested in the first week of June, as well as early-season blueberries grown in greenhouses (which sold for 35 GEL per kilogram this year). Other crops include 12 different apple varieties, various types of plums, and several varieties of persimmons—including the flat (non-astringent) type. There are also seedless table grapes, hazelnuts, flat peaches, sweet cherries, and jujubes. The property includes a pond stocked with various fish. Irrigation is managed via a system utilizing pipes and components from the Rivulis brand, installed by Israeli firms. The orchard is protected by Valente anti-hail netting, installed by an Italian team. The cold storage facility was designed and constructed by foreign specialists and is fully equipped with Italian machinery—including equipment from Carraro, Orsi, and other brands. The site also features a robust, permanent electrical infrastructure and a water well. The total area spans 70 hectares, with small streams running through the property.
